Eileen Casey Gonzalez takes your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Only information relevant to your request for a product or service is collected. This may include your Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address, and if required Credit Card Information at time of payment processing.

In addition also collected may be information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. This data may be used to prevent hacking attempts, or to know what web browsers people are using, and find out where site visitors are coming from to improve marketing.

Your information is only used to fill your request. Eileen Casey Gonzalez WILL NOT sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Merchandise Returns

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect within 15 days of purchase. In case of a return, an item must be postmarked within 15 days of the original purchase.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are used, Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All returned merchandise is are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from refunds. No refunds on the original shipping and handling paid on an order are offered.

PLEASE NOTE: No return, refunds or exchanges are offered on Spiritualist Readings, classes or distant energy healing sessions unless cancelled by Eileen Casey Gonzalez. Eileen Casey Gonzalez retains the right to cancel any appointment at any time. If you are cancelling an appointment a 72 hour notice is required or a service fee of 25% of the suggested donation cost of a service fee may be charged.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm using Canada post as a  carrier.

If a tracking # is provided Canada Post your order will be updated with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Canada Post will not have tracking numbers, you will be notified by email when your item has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and costs are listed with merchandise descriptions.
